I worked with Gareth when he was selling the property we ended up buying. For various reasons outside of Gareth's control, it wasn't a straightforward purchase, but he was fantastic. Gareth wasn't working for me because I was the buyer, but when I reflect on whether I would be happy with his service if I had been the seller, it's 100% a yes. Our house had been on the market for a number of months with a traditional style estate agent. We were having no luck selling, lots of viewings but no offers. We actually took our property off the market. We then met Gareth when we went to view a property and it was then we knew we needed to give him a chance at selling ours. Gareth launched our property on social media as well as the typical channels (rightmove etc) and this is what made him stand out against other agents. It only took two open days and we already had an offer above asking.

In terms of the service we received from Gareth, we couldn’t rate it any higher. You are only dealing with one person (Gareth himself) which meant you knew he was the one showing people round, he knew what you wanted buyers to know, if we had a question on absolutely anything he was in the loop and knew where everything was up to. Gareth also had amazing communication, we always got a speedy response (usually within 5 minutes unless he was at another viewing!) and he was so supportive throughout the entire process.

We would really recommend using Gareth - we have already told all our friends if/when they move. Thanks Gareth!
