Sale – M33

Born and bred in Sale, delivering true local estate agency

Why Sale?

From a wander down the canal to a bite to eat in Stanley Square to exploring Ashton upon Mersey Village – Sale is the town that keeps giving. I may be biased having grown up in M33 and continue to raise my children but it really is one of Manchester’s best kept secrets. It was once voted the 4th best suburb to live in the UK but it surely won’t be long until it hits the number one spot.

While Sale has always drawn people for the excellent schooling it has seen a renaissance in recent years with the regeneration of Stanley Square, The Waterside becoming an ever popular venue for artists and thriving highstreet. This has seen a huge shift is the types of buyers looking to move to M33, we’re seeing more first time buyers coming in as well as young professionals looking to make the most of the outstanding transport links which make the North West and further easily accessible.

My two big tips for Sale to avoid disappointment are –

– Visit Walkden Gardens
– Give me a call for anything M33 property related

Why I love helping people move in Sale?

Well being a local, I love helping my neighbours and new neighbours!

You’ve only got to walk down the treelined streets to fall in love with the range architecture and styles of properties available you can go from an 1700s cottage on Dumber lane to a modern townhouse on Greenbank Road in less than five minutes or you could even go from a million plus detached home on The Avenue to a 1960s studio flat on the Avenue in even less time! Sale has it all making my working day interesting and refreshing every day.

My hope is that my children decide to stay local and live in Sale for many years so I definitely see my job has helping to vet their potential future neighbours.

If you need any help in M33 then look no further, I’ll be delighted to offer you a completely different estate agency experience.
