Viewings

This is where the fun starts.

Buyers can book a viewing with such ease it’s child’s play. Ring me on my mobile, drop me a text, a WhatsApp, an email, through social media or personal website, through the portals and more. I’ve even booked viewings over LinkedIn before. It could not be easier for buyers to get in contact. By making things easy you will be surprised with how quickly your property could move.

I run my business slightly differently to other agents. I’m not chasing market share so I won’t have masses of live properties and clients meaning you get all my attention. This is the same to buyers – this may be the first time they’ve had a true personal estate agent experience as a buyer. They won’t have to wait around for their questions to be answered or someone to come back off lunch.

We will work as a team to decide how we handle the viewings but remember each property is different and so is each situation. We’ll tailor the right strategy for each property. I’ll hold my hands up though I do love an open house! Open houses can be an awesome way to generate interest in your home and attract more buyers. Open houses are usually held on weekends or evenings to maximise attendance but these can of course be tailored to what works for you and your situation.
