Made up of Gorton, Abbey Hey, Belle Vue and Debdale M18 is the newest suburb of demand in Manchester.

This will be safest bet on those gambling on the next hotspot for Manchester, you can already see the growth now with prices rising by the day bucking the national trend.

It’s easy to see why as well with everything that Gorton has to offer – you’re close enough to town to commute but further enough away to enjoy the greenspaces of Debdale Park and Nutsford Vale Park. Theres money pumping into the area in the form of new homes, new schools and even Theo Paphitis being a patron of the HideOut.

While it’s close to Levenhulme expect a completely different vibe but equally as stunning properties all with their own character – some of my favourite properties have been in Gorton like Gorton Hall Lodge overlooking Sunny Brow Park, over the road on Haworth Road on the other side of the park and the time I had three very different semi detached properties on Chapman Street on at the same time!
